This notice covers this website, six.pyroplay.io. The SIX! game, when it opens on its own site, has its own notice, and it applies there.

Who we are

The site is run by PyroPlay Studios Ltd, which is the data controller for anything it collects. You can reach us through pyroplay.io.

What we collect

Nothing you type, because there is nowhere to type anything. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter and no comments.

No analytics and no tracking. The site loads no third-party scripts, pixels or fonts, so no other company learns that you visited.

Two small notes on your own device. Your answer to the age question, and whether the opening animation has already played in this visit. They are described on the storage page, never leave your device, and are not cookies.

What our host sees

The site is served by Vercel. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details to deliver the page and to protect against abuse, and keeps them in short-lived logs. We do not use those logs to identify or profile you.

Links into the game

When a button opens the game, the address it opens carries which part of this page it was pressed on, and any campaign tag you arrived with. That is visible in the address bar, and nothing is stored on your device to do it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. For this site the answer is almost always that we hold nothing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
